Pramigiana

Parmigiana means literally "from Parma" (a city in Italy), the name derives from parmiggiana, a Sicilian recipe made with fried eggplant, veal or chicken, tomato sauce and mozzarella.

Shrimp Parmigiana

The short form is parm, rather than parma. Our four parmiggiana dishes (eggplant, shrimp, chicken and veal) are one of the Italian favorite dinners , to make it a complete Italian dinner we recommend an original room-temperature glass of Chianti.

Shrimp

Scampi is the plural of scampo, the Italian name for the Norway lobster (Nephrops norvegicus), also known as the Dublin Bay prawn (especially in Ireland and the U.K.) and langoustine (the French name). The name is used loosely both in Italy and elsewhere, though in Britain, food labeling laws define "scampi" as Nephrops norvegicus.

Traditionally served over linguine, shrimp scampi makes a quick and easy dinner that goes well with chilled white wine(chardonnay or pinot grigio).

Chicken Marsala

Chicken Marsala is an Italian dish made from chicken cutlets, mushrooms, and Marsala wine.

The dish is served with a side of pasta.

Buon Appetito!
