Bruschetta is toasted bread rubbed with garlic and sprinkled with olive oil, finely torn basil and chopped fresh tomatoes

Capri Salad

Beefsteak tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

 

Marinated Baby Eggplants

Baby eggplants are halved and are marinated in olive oil, lemon juice,

vinegar, cloves, pine nuts, raisins, sugar and with half a bay leaf. Served cold.

 

Roasted Plum Tomatoes and Garlic

Plum tomatoes are halved and are brushed with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with black pepper, and are baked with garlic cloves and bay leaves
