Fried Calamari

Fried Calamari

Fried squid, often called 'fried calamari' or even just 'calamari', is popular in the cuisine of many Mediterranean countries. It consists of batter-coated, deep fried squid.  Note, however, it is often fried for less than two minutes to prevent it from becoming too tough. It is usually served plain, with salt and lemon, on the side.

Antipasto means "before the meal" and is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal.

Antipasto is made out of our house salad with fresh greens and thin provolone slices wrapped in fresh tasty ham , topped with our house Italian dressing. It's a must try!
